High light transmittance barrier film by the refractive index control of hybrid materials |
초록 |
The synthesis and photophysical study of hybrid material for application in organic light-emitting diode (OLED)barrier coating. This report a transparent water barrier coating fabricated with an organic-inorganic materials. This barrier film exhibits double layer WVTR of 0.01 g/m2 day(by MOCON, AQUATRAN® Model 1) and optical transparency of 95% in the visible range. The performance of the high transmittance barrier film was also verified in an encapsulated OLED luminescence and life time. The high transmittance barrier film is promising for developing OLED-based displays with extremely low power consumption and increased operational lifetime. |
