제목 Volume Defect Formation Mechanism of CZTSSe Thin Film Synthesized Using Metal Precursor
초록 The low cost and eco-friendly solar cells (Cu2ZnSn(S1-xSex)4, CZTSSe) consisting of Cu, Zn, Sn offer an attractive alternative to CIGS or CdTe thin films solar cell market. The highest efficiency of CZTSSe solar cell via vacuum process (2-step process using metal stacked precursor) was reported by DGIST research team. In this talk, the volume defects (voids and secondary phases) formation mechanism of CZTSSe thin films observed in the two-step annealing process will be introduced.
