제목 Multi-Color Electrofluorescence Switching from Electrochemically Convertible Fluorophores
초록 Electrofluorescence switching has attracted much research attention recently due to its potential applications in the areas of ion sensing, bio analysis, fluorescence imaging, and signaling recognition events. Tetrazine fluorophores and some conjugated polymers showed electrofluorescence switching. The reversible electrochemistry of them was accompanied by the fluorescence change in an electrochemical cell prepared by tow ITO electrodes and polymer electrolyte. Furthermore, multi-color fluorescence switching was achieved by blending electrofluorescent fluorophores in electrolyte or multi-layer coating on the electrodes, to show multi-state of fluorescence. Since each fluorophore possesses difference fluorescence quenching potentials, the emission color could be tuned by quenching emission at selected wavelengths, reversibly, under low working potentials.
