Effect of Keratin Content on Morphology and Adhesion stability of Olfactory ensheathing Cell on Keratin/PLGA Scaffolds |
| 초록 |
We fabricated PLGA scaffolds containing keratin depending on contents and confirmed the effects of keratin contents on morphology, proliferation and mRNA expression on OECs. We fabricated keratin/PLGA scaffolds using 0, 10, 20, and 50 wt % We measured proliferation at 1, 3, 5, and 7 days. These results suggest that keratin provides suitable surface to OECs and keratin of suitable content affects to improve cell adhesion and phenotype maintenance.
