Microfluidic Fabrication of Monodispersed Polyurethane Elastomer Microparticles with Hybrid Polyelectrolyte Shell Layers for Sensing Colloidal Deformation |
초록 |
Microfluidic approaches offer a facile route to produce monodisperse emulsions with scalable drop sizes and tunable order of layers. This unprecedented level of control over the process of generating droplets enables the fabrication of various colloidal particles with uniformity in size and controllability in function. In this presentation, we synthesize uniform polyurethane elastomer microparticles with negative charges on the surface by using the microfluidic technique and consecutive photo-polymerization. Then, we show that hybridization of carbon materials with the polyelectrolyte shell layer can provide the microparticles with the ability to detect the structural colloidal deformation. |
