제목 Improved out-coupling efficiency of flexible organic light emitting diode with MLA patterned parylene substrate
초록 Microlens Arrays (MLA) are used to suppress the waveguide losses of light and improve the out-coupling efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). In this study, we developed a flexible MLA patterned parylene substrate to enhance the light extraction of OLED. The pattern shape of substrate was controlled by the polystyrene interlayers on MLA template and the fluorinated acrylate polymer was used as a sacrificial layer to facilitate the separation of deposited parylene substrate. Efficiency of flexible OLEDs on MLA patterned substrates was improved as compared with the reference devices.
