| 초록 |
Eu-doped oxyfluoride phosphors, A3-2x/3AlO4F (A = Ca, Sr, Ba) and A3-2x/3Al1-yInyO4F, were prepared by solid state method. X-ray diffraction, excitation and emission spectra of Eu activated oxyfluoride phosphors were monitored. Their concentration quenching as well as defect-induced behaviors are discussed. |
