| 제목 | Evaluation and polymerization of hydroscopic Nylon46 copolymer with hydrophilic monomer |
| 초록 | This study is to fabricate Nylon46/6 copolymer by melting polymerization with diacid, diamine, amino acid and hydrophile monomer and evaluate its characteristics. By introducing hydrophilic monomer in the polymerization, moisture regain was intended to be increased. Also, before polymerization, reaction ratio of diacid and diamine was controlled to be 1:1 by salt formation reaction. Melting point, heat stability and structure of as-fabricated Nylon46/6 was analyzed by DSC, TGA, and NMR. |
