제목 | Development of antistatic filter bag using carbon/PTFE nanoparticle coating |
초록 | In order to remove various particulate matters contained in the high-temperature exhaust gas generated from the workplace, a high-temperature filter that can withstand temperatures of over 280 ℃ is required. In this study, carbon and PTFE nanoparticles were coated on inorganic fabrics to fabricate a filter bag with antistatic performance. The surface structure and heat resistance characteristics of the manufactured antistatic filter bag were analyzed. The efficiency and pressure were checked using the PM10 filter performance evaluation device. As a result of SEM and EDS analysis, there was no significant difference in the surface structure according to the compounding ratio, and it was confirmed that carbon and PTFE were coated with the content of C and F elements. As a result of TGA, the filter bag had heat resistance in the commercial temperature range. The filtration performance of the antistatic filter bag coated with carbon and PTFE nanoparticles was improved. |
