Fabrication and characterization of hydrogel films containing oxyfluorinated multi-walled carbon nanotubes with improved conductivity |
초록 |
pH-responsive PVA/PAAc hydrogel films for using transdermal drug delivery (TDD) were synthesized by free-radical polymerization. The hydrogel films containing oxyfluorinated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) were prepared in order to improve both the mechanical strength of hydrogel films and conductivity. The hydrogel films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The conductivity was measured by a programmable DC voltage/current detector with four probe method. Release behavior of the hydrogel films was investigated by using diffusion cell. The release sensitivity of hydrogel films on the conductivity was improved by oxyfluorination of MWCNT. |
