제목 Optical Encoding by SERS Active Nanoparticles for Screening of Peptide Library
초록 The preparation and screening of large peptide libraries remains a great challenge in drug discovery process, multiplexed disease biomarker detection, and biomolecular profiling process. Herein, we report simple and efficient SERS encoding based multiplexed high-throughput screening (HTS) system, which involves encoding/decoding method using SERS active nanopaticles (so called SERS dots) and micro beads array system. This SERS dots based HTS system provides higher flexibility than the pre-encoded resin bead system.
