| 제목 | The Study on Separating Techniques of Quercetin Substances in Raw Propolis |
| 초록 | The raw propolis contain flavonols. Quercetin, one of the falvonols, shown antioxidative activity. The extraction method of quercetin im medicinal and food technology processes or studies are almost always conducted with ethnaol(EEP) or water(WEP). The most commonly used is EEP extraction method but it has a allergy, so we need WEP but in generally the yield of quercetin is lower than with EEP extraction method. The yield of new WEP extraction method was shown 70%(max.) of EEP extraction method . It was isolated by HPLC. The amount of quercetin was 17㎎ per 100g in EEP extraction method and 0 ~ 12 ㎎ per 100g in WEP extraction method. |
