제목 Manufacture of Graphene Encapsulated Silicon Nanoball for Anode Material of Secondary Battery
초록 Carbon material as a anode electrode for LIB has high stability and reversibility but has a restriction for commercial usage by poor charge capacity. Silicone is one of candidate that can increase the charge capacity 4 times or more than carbon material, but it  has not been applied because its stability and reversibility are very low. For improving the capacity of lithium ion secondary batteries, we used new anode material in this study. This research is focusing on making graphene encapsulated silicon nanoball to improve cycle stability. Firstly, polymer encapsulated silicon nanoball was synthesized, then was converted to graphene encapsulated nanoball by calcinating in Ar and H2 atmosphere. Morphology of manufactured graphene encapsulated silicon nanoball was observed by field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM) and field emission transmission electron microscope(FETEM). Crystal structure of Graphene encapsulated silicon nanoball was investigated by Raman and X-ray diffraction spectra.
