Development of extraction method of collagen for the use of skin tissue. |
| 초록 |
Collagen is one of most important biomolecules in human body. This molecule fill in the space between cells provides mechanical strength. Since collagen has excellent biocompatbility and biodegradability, it has been widely used as tissue substitutes. In this study, we investigated the collagen extraction method in order to improve extraction yield and economic aspect. The collagen extract was analyzed using various analytical instruments including emission dispersive spectrometer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscope in order to determine the optimized process condition. |
