제목 Synthesis of Lactam-Based Conjugated Polymers: Effect of Thiophene- and Selenophene- Spacer in Organic Field-Effect Transistor
초록 Series of lactam-based materials have been utilized as dyes and pigments. Recently, their potential use has been exploited as components for electronic applications, such as photovoltaic cells and field effect transistors. For example, diketopyrrolopyrrole, naphthalene diimide, perylene diimide and isoingo derivative conjugated molecules are typical lactam-based materials. In this research, the conjugated copolymers based on isoindigo containing thiophene- or selenophene-spacer with 2,1,3-benzothiadiazole, were synthesized via Suzuki coupling polymerization, respectively, to characterize opto-electrical properties and applicant the organic field-effect transistor.
