제목 | Dopamine-combined PCL for the improvement of bone regeneration |
초록 | Polymeric materials play a crucial role in tissue engineering for the replacement of the damaged bone tissues. In this study, dopamine and polycaprolactone were combined using activating agents. The obtained dopamine-combined PCL was characterized using goniometer and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Results showed that the surface hydrophilicity was significantly improved. The cytotoxicity was performed in terms of osteoblast adhesion and proliferation. The result demonstrated that dopamine-combined PCL can be used for the treatment of biomaterial to improve bioactivity.
