제목 | Preparation and characterization of porous 3D PLLA scaffold for tissue engineering |
초록 | The elderly population is rapidly increasing and the society is changing into an aging society. Accordingly, research on tissue repair and regeneration is demanding. In this study, three-dimensional scaffolds were prepared using PLLA, a biodegradable polymer. These scaffolds were prepared by a salt-leaching method. The porous structure and interconnection of pores were observed by a SEM. In addition, biocompatibility of the scaffolds was examined via cell assays. Our result illustrated that the prepared scaffold is biocompatible and effective on cell activities.
