Supercapacitor is a promising candidate for energy storage device which need high power density, fast charge/discharge, long-life cycle and stability. In this study, we have fabricated the all-solid state supercapacitor by using nanocarbon composite as a electrode and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/ionic liquid composite as an ion gel electrolyte. The electrochemical properties of the all-solid state supercapacitor were evaluated by using cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests (GCD). The specific capacitance of the all-solid state supercapacitor was 15 F at 100 mV s-1 of scan rate. We believe that these findings, in combination with the use of fabrication techniques amenable to scale-up, will be of significant interest to various industrial fields. |
