제목 Highly Reproducible, Transfer-Printable Micropatternd Fluoropolymer for Triboelectric Generator
초록 Recently, triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) received a great attention with merits of high output density power, low cost, and facile fabrication process. Most of researches, for the improvement of output performance, focus on increasing the triboelectric charging density through surface functionalization using fluorocarbon plasma treatment and ionized-air injection. Those fabrication processes are energy consuming and include harsh conditions. In this paper, we introduced a poly(1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyl methacrylate) polymer. The polymer has a highly triboelectric charge density and its surface roughness can be easily increased using patterned poly(dimethylsiloxane) mold at room temperature without further postprocess. We are able to develop the TENG with the maximum open circuit voltage 60 V under relatively gentle mechanical contacts. The highly-fluorinated polymer showed good potential to be a candidate triboelectric material.
