Graphene has recently received considerable attention in various fields due to its superior electrical and optical properties. In this study, the few-layered graphene was employed to fabricate highly transparent graphene/polymer composite films. The graphenenanoplatelets(GNP) were exfoliated into few-layered graphene via acid treatment and solution-based ball mill process at various milling conditions (e.g., milling speed and time, ball size). The size and thickness of resultant layered graphene changed with different milling conditions. The few-layered graphene were in detail characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Raman spectroscopy. As a result, adding prepared 1 wt.% graphene to PEDOT/PSS system, highly conductive graphene/PEDOT-PSS composite films were obtained, resulting in lower sheet resistance (from 105 Ω/□ -102Ω/□). |
