In this study, PEDOT [poly(3,4-ethylenedioxytiohphene)] was synthesized on PET film by oxidative chemical vapor deposition(oCVD). In the synthesis, APS, Iron(III) p-toluenesulfonatehexahydrate, Iron(III) chloride were used as oxidants, respectively. Transmittance and absorbance were measured by UV-Vis./NIR spectrometer and surface resistance and electrical conductivity were measured. Surface resistance measured were 102, 103, 104Ω/□ when APS, Iron(III) p-toluenesulfonatehexahydrate, Iron(III) chloride were used as oxidant, respectively. Transmittance at 550 nm of PEDOT synthesized using APS as an oxidant appeared to be 28% which was the highest value. |
