제목 Effect of surface-treated V2O5-WO3/TiO2 for NH3-SCR reaction over a wide temperature range
초록 Nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions from industrial facilities, cement kilns and a fossil fuel power stations are causing environmental pollution problems such as acid rain, smog and fine dust. The regulation of NOx emissions has been tightened, catalysts with high performance and wide active temperature for a variety of applications are required for controlling NOx emission. V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalysts, commercially used SCR catalysts, have a narrow and high active temperature range of 300-400°C. This study is investigated to improve the narrow temperature range of the catalyst with the functioning temperature range of 150-450°C. We design the surface-treated TiO2 support to V2O5 and WO3 based SCR catalysts with the improved dispersion using nano-sized powder, surface property. The catalysts are synthesized by co-precipitation makes functional group. Therefore, the catalysts with surface-treated TiO2 show high NOx removal efficiency and a wide active temperature range.
