Study on the Structure-Properties Relationships of Polymethylsilsesquioxane(PMSQ). |
| 초록 |
In this study, PMSQ was synthesized by modified sol-gel method. Their structure variations with reaction conditions were determined by IR, NMR. Effects of temperature and curing agents on the curing behavior of as-prepared PMSQ were investigated using DSC and UDS. In addition, we examined the physical properties of the cured films such as thermal stability, optical transmittance, and hardness with respect to their chemical structures. |
