제목 EFFECT OF THERMAL TREATMENT ON THE CONDUCTIVITY AND MORPHOLOGY OF PEDOT
초록 The electrical properties of conducting polymers are strongly dependent on their film morphology and chemical and physical structure, which in turn can be strongly modified via a variety of deposition treatmentsWe report the defendence of conductivity, morphology and electro chemical activity of Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) film on thermal treatment under various condition. We found that thermal treatment improved the electrochemical properties of PEDOT film. Supercapacitor fabricated using PEDOT film cured at 200℃ in nitrogen as the electrod showed more stable electrochemical properties than that fabricated using PEDOT film without thermal treatment.
