제목 | Study of oxide layer characterization for perovskite solar cell |
초록 | Perovskite is new material that used in many fields even solar cell. Hybrid type organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite has been used as an active layer of solar cell. This kinds shows high efficiency in a short period of time and is under active research. In this solar cell, TiO2 is used as an electron transfer layer and Spiro-OMeTAD, a organic compound, is mainly used as a hole transfer layer. I try to change this two ETL and HTL to another material-ZnO and NiO. ZnO is well-known material that has similar profit bandgap and even high mobility than TiO2. And it has many various morphologies such as single-crystal, nanowire and nanorod, can be replace the mesoporous TiO2 nanostructure. NiO has also been studied as much as ZnO, therefore there are various ways to make NiO with good quality. And also, It is easier to manage than Spiro compound, which is an organic compound, and its price is cheaper. By using the sputtering method, the FTO front electrode having a high roughness can be processed. ZnO and NiO thin films prepared by controlling RF power and substrate temperature showed maximum 80% transmittance in visible region. |
