Synthesis of Reduced Graphene Oxide/Carbon composite using Microwave irradiation for supercapacitor |
초록 |
Microwave exfoliation has been proved as a facile method among many methods to reduce graphite oxide (GO). Among these methods, solid phase Microwave irradiation is more facile than other chemical exfoliation methods. Synthesis of solid phase Microwave irradiation for final reduced graphene oxide (rGO) has good electrochemical property, but more improved properties are required. In this work, we prepared rGO-carbon composite by using different porous carbon for application of supercapacitor research to improve the specific capacitance and electrochemical performance. As a result, we showed more imporved specific capacitance than only graphene electrode in rgo-porous carbon composite. |
