제목 | New organic sensitizers based on multi-carbazole derivatives for DSSC: Structure-property relationship |
초록 | Over the last decade, dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) based on Ru-Complexes have been attracted much attention due to the high solar-to-electricity conversion efficiency up to 12% as well as low cost compared with p-n junction photovoltaic devices. Recently, organic dye molecules benefit from lower fabrication costs and higher molar extinction coefficients than Ru-dyes but generally produce less efficient solar cells. In this work, new multi-carbazole derivatives with a twisted structure were designed, synthesized and used as sensitizers for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Their photovoltaic properties were measured I-V curves, incident photon-to-current (IPCE) efficiencies and impedance analysis by comparison with that of ruthenium dye in same manufacturing condition. |
