제목 Preparation of Catechol-Anchored Polymer Crosslinked to Dopamine-Conjugated Pluronic for Temperature Sensitive and Adhesive Hydrogels
초록 A thermo-responsive and injectable hydrogel were prepared between catechol-anchored polymers with dopamine-functionalized Pluronic for adhesive hydrogel purpose. The hydrogel was achieved by synthesizing the catechol-anchored polymer by quaternized 2-chloro-3′, 4′-dihydroxyacetophenone (CCDP) into poly(dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate)-co-(t-butylmethacrylate) which then crosslinked with dopamine-functionalized Pluronic. The dopamine-functionalized Pluronic crosslinked CCDP-q-PDB appears as a viscous solution in room temperature which then changes state into gel when the temperature increased. At optimum ratio of dopamine-Pluronic with catechol-anchored polymer (14:8 wt %), gel suitable for use in the body was easily acquired. In the end, thermo-responsive hydrogels demonstrated astonishing properties which can be used for drug delivery application.
