제목 | Recovery of mixed acid wastewater generated in acid treatment process for recycling of waste photovoltaic module |
초록 | In order to develop valuable metal recovery technology for PV modules, batteries, semiconductor processes, etc., an acid treatment process using a mixed acid is applied. Moreover, for the waste recycling technology in which valuable metals are dissolved in a mixed acid and precipitated in an insoluble solvent for recovery, a mixed acid of phosphoric acid, nitric acid and acetic acid is used as an etching solution. This study aimed to develop a high purity phosphoric acid recovery technique to separate and recycle each individual acid from the multi-component wastewater generated in the acid treatment process for recycling the waste PV module by extracting phosphoric acid using the solvent extraction method and by connecting ion-exchange method.
