제목 Visible light-curable Furfuryl-Low molecular chitosan derivative and biomedical materials
초록 Chitosan can be used among natural polymers because it has useful biological characteristics for biomedical fields such as anti-adhesion. Chitosan has biocompatibility, biodegradability, hemostatic activity and wound healing property. Furfuryl-Low Molecular Chitosan (F-LMC) derivative was prepared for anti-adhesion. The characterization of F-LMC was confirmed. F-LMC introduced furfuryl group is photo-crosslinked with the photo-initiator. F-LMC can be expected to be application of anti-adhesion agent. To evaluate the potential applications as an anti-adhesion agent, should be confirmed by cytotoxicity test, Anti-adhesion test and cell penetration test. In addition, F-LMC will be used as an anti-adhesion agent through in vivo test. Therefore F-LMC is considered that it can develop as the anti-adhesion agent.
