Nanoimprinted TiO2 and PCBM on Perovskite Solar Cell |

Nowadays, there are a great deal of interests in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) and it has been found that light harvesting and electron transport efficiency are part of the major factors that affect the performance of PSCs. In this research, we introduce strategies to improve the light harvesting and electron transport efficiency of PSCs by varying the nanopatterning depth of mesoporous TiO2 (mp-TiO2) and the PCBM weight percentage (wt%). The most optimized values were determined and a solar cell device with optimized values was fabricated. The results obtained show the improvement in photocurrent density (Jsc), open-circuit voltage (Voc), and fill factor (FF), which boosted the performance of PSC device. |
