제목 Preparations and Characterizations of Nanoporous TiO2 Films by Sol-Gel Method
초록 The nature and morphology of titanium dioxide films on the dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) play a significant role in determining the overall power conversion efficiency. The nanocrystalline titanium dioxide films were prepared using the sol-gel method with TiO2 (P-25) nanopowders. These titanium dioxide films were characterized by TEM and SEM to investigate the mesostructure, the surface roughness, and the thickness of the films. The surface areas and pore sizes of the titanium dioxide films were confirmed by using Brunuaer–Emmett–Teller (BET). The crystal structures of films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) with Cu Kα radiation.
