제목 Synthesis and Photovoltaic Properties of N,N-dimethyl-2-thiophenylfulleropyrrolidinium iodide on Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) constructed using dye molecules, nanocrystalline metal oxides and organic liquid electrolytes, have attractive features of high energy conversion efficiency and low production cost. However, it has not applied commercial because of its several problems such as the sealing to block the leakage of liquid electrolyte. The replacement of the liquid electrolyte with the quasi-solid state electrolyte has been partially able to solve these problems. In this study, we have synthesized N,N-dimethyl-2-thiophenylfulleropyrrolidinium iodide as a charge transfer material to apply on DSSCs. The synthesized N,N-dimethyl-2-thiophenylfulleropyrrolidinium iodide was characterized by Elemental Analysis, 1H-NMR, Maldi-Mass, UV-Vis spectroscopy. The DSSC devices using N,N-dimethyl-2-thiophenylfulleropyrrolidinium iodide were fabricated and their photovoltaic performances were measured by using solar simulator under AM 1.5 illumination.
