침전법에 의해 생성된 전구체로부터의 LiCoO2 분말 합성 |
| 초록 |
LiCoO2 powders were synthesized at various temperatures using lithium hydroxide and cobalt hydroxide as precursors. Measurements of XRD and SEM were performed to characterize the properties of the prepared materials. In this study, the LiCoO2 samples were calcined at 600~800℃ in a short time. The obtained powders are high temperature-LiCoO2(HT-LiCoO2)and homogeneous with the range of particle size in the order of hundreds of nanometers. |
