제목 | Development of flexible PeLEDs based on perovskite using solution process |
초록 | Perovskite is promising candidates for high-performing Light Emitting Diodes because they have merits such as high color purity, low cost and solution processibility. However, one of the problems with those perovskite is that they are very sensitive to oxygen and moisture. Therefore, encapsulation technology is essential to protect the device from oxygen and moisture. In this work, flexible PeLED fabricated by simple spin coating of quasi-2D type perovskite layer on plastic film, and the encapsulation is formed using a face sealing method. The prepared face seal was applied to barrier film deposited Al2O3 using PEALD, which confirmed the PeLED device free from moisture and oxygen. |
