Investigation on the Performance of CHN/PLCL Composite Microspheres: Preparation and Characterization |

The drug efficacy can be deeply affected by the type of delivery system and various materials have been used as drug carriers. CHN and PLCL are polymeric compounds frequently used as drug carrier since they are biocompatible and biodegradable. In this study, we fabricated CHN/PLCL microspheres in combination with drugs. The physical and chemical properties of the dual microspheres were investigated. The effects of CHN/PLCL combination on drug release were investigated. Results illustrated that the ratio of CHN/PLCL and mixing speed considerably influenced the overall performance of microspheres. |
