Triboelectric system from artificial skin has attracted getting attention in the past decade for bioelectrical energy applications in sensoring few voices, giving current stimulus and self-energy powered sensor systems. In this triboelectric system polymer materials have attracted interests in applications of artificial skins, which include polyester, polypropylene (PP), polycaprolactone, poly-(ethylene terephthalate) (PET), polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), and collagen, etc. In this research, we seek the possibility of artificial skin based on PDMS and collagen materials using a self-powering triboelectric voice sensor. Especially, we test collagen produces micro-current through the self-energy powering as a film of an artificial skin. |
