Synthesis and Characterization of Graphene-Zirconia Coating |
초록 |
Graphene/ZrO2 nanocomposites were obtained by isothermal hydrolyzing and chemical precipitation methods. The coating was done by dispersion of graphene in ZrOCl2•8H2O aqueous solution. And a highly conformal and uniform monoclinic zirconia coating was deposited on graphene. The dispersion of the sheet graphene after zirconia coating was improved by the isothermal hydrolyzing process rather than the traditional chemical precipitation method and it was confirmed by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy study. |
