Effect of modified nanocellulose and polypropylene on ultra-high molecular weight polypropylene for high performance |
초록 |
Viscosity and physical properties were evaluated by controlling the content ratio of ultra-high molecular weight polypropylene and general polypropylene. Compounding process was formulated by controlling the content ratio of the modified nanocellulose, and the nanocellulose was modified by using octadecylisocyanate (ODI). The equipment used for compounding was a twin-screw extruder, and the specimens were manufactured by a hot press method. The extruder processing temperature was 230°C, and the hot press working temperature was 180°C. Specimens were manufactured according to ASTM D638 standard and evaluated using UTM. Composite specimens made by modifying the surface show excellent elongation, which has potential as a composite material for future industries. |
