제목 TiO2 nanotube arrays fabricated in nano-templates and their application to dye sensitized solar cell
초록 Solar energy has been attracted great interest for several decade. Especially, dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) using TiO2 nanoparticles has been a hot issue since Gratzel reported novel fabrication method in 1990s. However, electron recombination during the electron diffusion through the complex structure of nanoparticles is one of the major problems of DSSC. In order to solve the problem, TiO2 nanotubular structures are increasingly studied recently. In this study, we prepared TiO2 nanotubular structures by deposition into a nanotemplate and applied them to photovoltaic cells. The morphology of TiO2 nanotubes and the cell performance were investigated with various length of the nanotubes.
