Poly (ε-caprolactone)-grafted-poly(vinyl alcohol) nanoparticles: Hydrophobicand hydrophilic drugs carrier nanoparticles |
초록 |
Nanoparticles(NPs) possessing the capability of carrying hydrophobic and hydrophilic drugs had been produced. Poly ε-caprolactone grafted polyvinyl alcohol PCL-g-PVA has been prepared and shaped in NPs form to be adequate for carrying the drug.The formed PCL was attached as branches with PVA backbone.FT-IR has confirmed formation of PCL-g-PVA.The thermal alteration in coplymer was checked by TGA.The copolymer was able to self-aggregate into NPs by dialysis.The size,morphology and charges associated with the obtained NPs were analyzed by DLS,TEM and ELS,respectively.In-vitro drug release experiments were conducted;the loaded NPs reveal continuous and sustained release drugs,up to 20 and 15 days for paclitaxel and doxorubicin,respectively. In a case of using pure drugs only,both drugs completely released within 1 to 2 h. The proposed strategies recommended the use these NPs in future drug delivery systems. |
