제목 Synthesis of Conjugated Polymers Based on Benzodipyrrolinone with Chalcogen (S, Se, O) Elements for Organic Thin Film Transistors
초록 Recently, diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)-based conjugated polymers have shown high mobilities in OFETs and good efficiencies in OPVs. Therefore, many researchers have devoted much interest to study DPP and its derivatives. As another emerging building block that belongs to a class of the basic DPP motif, benzodipyrrolinone (BDP) as an extended bicyclic lactam structure has recently investigated for constructing high-performance polymer OFETs. Herein, a family of BDP -based donor (D)-acceptor (A) copolymers with various heteroacene-type (thiophene (Th), selenophene (Se), and furan (O)) donor rings has been designed and synthesized as a means to systematically understand structure-property relationships on the subject of the effect of chalocogen elements in donor portions for applications in OFETs.
