제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Organic / Inorganic Hybrid Composite Particles for Color Filter
초록 In this study, we have synthesized 3 different types of copolymers used as a role of the binder in the millbase process to graft it onto the surface of the pigment. ε-phase copper-phthalocyanine(CuPc) grinded by salt milling process and SiO2 core-shell hybrid composite particle were fabricated to introduce copolymers on the surface of pigment. Then, obtained particles were modified with silane coupling agent by condensation reaction between the hydroxyl groups on the surface of SiO2 shell and tri-methoxy groups belongs to silane coupling agent. Finally, copolymers were grafted onto the silane-modified CuPc by radical polymerization and thiolene reaction with initiator ‘2-pyrrolidone’. Resulted hybrid composite particles were characterized by XPS, XRD, SEM, PSA, UV-vis, and Turbiscan.
