The growth of Aligned AlN Nanowire by CVD processing. |
초록 |
Recently, electronic devices have been developed to be miniaturized and high integrated. However, the tendency of loss in performance has been increased by heat generated in the electronic device. A number of studies have been devoted to improve the thermal conductivity of polymers with thermally conducting fillers such as AlN(Aluminum Nitride) having high thermal conductivity((200w/mk). Fillers used in TIM(Thermal Interface Materials) are one of the most important for a thermal conductivity. Particularly, the shape and the alignment of particles can effect on the rate of heat transportation. In this study, we fabricated AlN Nanowires grown by CVD(Chmical Vapor Deposition) processing and made a sheet having AlN Nanowires. Thermal conductivity and physical properties were measured by LFA(Laser flash apparent), SEM, etc. |
