Fabrication of silver-metal composite particles by electroless plating |
| 초록 |
Silver particles are widely used for electrical connection due to its excellent electrical conductivity. However, because of its high price, it is not suitable for current industrial application under high pressure for cost saving. For this reason, silver-coated composite powders receive attentions as an alternative to reduce the silver consumption. We have studied electroless silver plating on copper, nickel, and other metal particles. We have established the process of producing composite particles, and figured the method to obtain the stable characteristics of metal particles. We are working on the development of simple process with high output. Synthesized composite particles are characterizes for the analysis of composition and structure using SEM and EDX. |
