제목 | Manufacturing of carbon nanotube paper and comparative study using modified CNT |
초록 | CNT have a cylindrical nanostructure composed of carbon. CNTs are useful materials in various fields such as nanotechnology, electrical engineering, optical and material engineering, due to having the properties such as excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical and electrical properties etc. In particular, the design of sensors such as gas sensors and DNA sensors has been widely studied. The sorption properties of CNTs are also used for analytical purposes in a variety of ways. In this study, CNT paper was prepared using mwCNTs and fmn modified CNTs to improve the dispersibility and electrical and physical properties. The CNT papers were prepared through vacuum filtering. To analyze the electrical properties, the electrical resistance was measured using a non-contact sheet resistance measuring instrument, and a scanning electron microscope was used to confirm the cross-sectional shape. And mechanical properties such as tensile strength were measured using a Universal Test Machine. |
