TiO2/PAN composite nanofibers were successfully prepared with a electrospinning method using a solution that contained polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and SG-derived TiO2. The effect of an e-beam radiation and an applied electric field on the morphology of the electrospun titania nanofibers was investigated by XRD, SEM, FTIR and EDAX. For the characterization the e-beam radiation effect on the electrospun nanofibers containing TiO2, its photocatalytic activity was also tested, usinga methylene blue (MB) degradation as a measure. |
