제목 | Development of hydrotropic solubilization technology: for stabilization of poorly water soluble materials in formulation |
초록 | In general, poorly soluble materials have a property of being limitedly dissolved in a solvent by various physical limits. Particularly, since it is used in various fields, such as pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, it is important to be stable without being precipitated. Various examples of improving solubility of poorly soluble materials include physical grinding, chemical modification, micelles, pH control and hydrotrope. In this study, we tried to increase the solubility using hydrotrope. Hydrotrope is a second solute having hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups in a molecule, which is used as a co-surfactant. In this study, we maximize the stabilization of the formulation by using the structure having affinity with the skin and hydrotrope properties, and using the polarizing microscope, static light scattering method (SLS), X-ray scattering method (SAXS), etc. It is intended to demonstrate stabilization in the formulation of poorly soluble materials. |
