제목 Facile preparation of ferroelectric PbTiO3 nanotubes by the reaction of anodized TiO2 nanotubes with PbO vapor and lead acetate precursor
초록 We demonstrate the simple preparation of ferroelectric lead titanate (PbTiO3) nanotubes by reacting anodized TiO2 nanotube arrays with PbO vapor and lead acetate precursor. Self-aligned TiO2 nanotubes were grown by anodization of Ti sheets in 1 M malonic acid containing 0.5 wt% NH4F. Lead acetate was filled in the TiO2 nanotubes to initiate the conversion to PbTiO3 when reacting with PbO vapor. Subsequently, the TiO2 nanotubes were converted into PbTiO3 nanotubes via PbO vapor phase reaction in the furnace. In order to obtain high-quality ferroelectric nanotubes, we explored the PbO reaction at different temperatures. Their morphology and microstructure were examined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Additionally, ferroelectric properties and switching behavior were determined by piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM).
