Pyrrolo[3,4-c]-pyrrole-1,4-dione based low-bandgap ambipolar polymers with excellent charge mobilities and photovoltaic properties |
| 초록 |
Furan and thiophene containing pyrrolo[3,4-c]-pyrrole-1,4-dione or diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) containing molecules and polymers have shown high PV and optoelectronic properties and hence in the recent years a growing number of academic investments were dedicated to such molecules. On this background we have synthesized a series of DPP containing ambipolar polymers which has given excellent electron and hole mobilities on organic field effect transistors (OTFT) and high power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) in organic photovoltaic (OPV) devices. |
